Great Location
My family and I recently rented two of the apartments with urhip. The building itself was located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants which was very convenient. The security in the building was great and we all felt very safe. The building's appearance was very nice and well maintained. The apartments themselves pleasantly met our expectations. They were clean, nicely furnished and had almost all the amenities of home. We were all very pleased with our accommodations and would probably stay here again. We do however have a few suggestions and concerns: a) Parking. We had a car rental and had a hard time and spent a lot of money on parking. Designated parking, or a greatly discounted rate at a nearby parking lot would be very beneficial for your guests. b) Every family member but one received many bites while staying in the apartments, which appear to be from fleas. It is suggested that both apartments be treated or fumigated. If you allow guests to have pets, you should have designated rooms for this. c) While both units had almost every comfort of home, there were a few things that would be of benefit to your guests. While enough coffee for our first pot was provided and appreciated, neither unit had any coffee filters. When using the oven, there were no baking sheets provided and having a few dish towels would have been helpful as well. Finally, there was literally a single roll of toilet paper and a single roll of paper towels in each unit. Being there for several days, a back up roll of each item would have been nice. In summary, we had a nice stay and the apartments met our needs. With just a few of the suggested changes, our stay would have been excellent, which I'm sure is what your are striving for. It would have made our stay, (and certainty of returning and recommending your property to family and friends), even more enjoyable. Thank you to Bernadette and Renee for your help and thank you to urhip for the nice stay

Great location!
The location of the apt was ideal, with the exception of the parking this was a great stay.

1st Stay
This was my first stay at this apt and I honestly did not feel comfortable. There was absolutely no heat and not hot water. Could you imagine in the winter showering in cold water in an already cold apartment. It was terrible and the in room washer did not work properly. Overall it was ok but definitely could be much better.

Great location at Rittenhouse Square. Apartment was clean , bed comfortable. You wont find accommodations this nice at at this rate anywhere else in this neighborhood! Looking forward to repeating this visit again soon!

Great apt in Rittenhouse Sq
We have a college freshman in Philly and love to have some extra hang out space when we visit her. Center City has many great restaurants, so we stay there, rather than near campus. This time, we stayed one night in a one bedroom. There was a mixup and it was handled immmediately by Renee. Great customer service. Thanks.

Great location and some good aspects to the accommodations. Everything was clean, well-kept, and bathroom was roomy and sparkling, plus plenty of towels, shampoo, etc. Bed-stead has strange recessed lights that we could not turn off, so it was difficult to get the room completely dark to sleep (I recommend bringing sleep mask). Kitchen is set up well if you wish to cook while there--but oddly, there is no proper table to eat at. Only a tiny bistro table with two tall stools -- and most of the tiny table taken up with a basket of snacks and supplies, so you couldn't really eat at that table, nor do any work (we often work when in the city, and so like places where if there is no desk, there is at least a table and comfy chairs). We didn't cook but I appreciated the coffee machine, though even there, the coffee pods were for a 1 cup machine, though the coffee maker was larger and required larger pods. luckily I had brought my own coffee and a filter that I could adapt to the coffee maker. Door lock and unlock was through a punch-in code--directions said to punch code to re-lock the door, but that never worked, so I had to wait a minute or two at the door after leaving, until it automatically re-locked itself. Finally, the name of this accommodation is confusing since although it has "Rittenhouse" in it, the actual address is NOT on Rittenhouse; we wandered around a bit before rechecking our text to see that the address is actually on a different street. So--if you bring your own coffee and filter, plus eye mask, and don't expect to eat or do any work at a table, it's great!

Perfect location and ez to access 24/7! Perfect for quick week or couple nights. The apt was fully furnished and the kitchen ready to use if u prefer to cook at home. Only thing to complain about was the hot water barely makes it for 2 people. Other then that... loved it!

TV did not work. Half the lights were burned out. Nice location. But overall a bit disappointed.
