Clear, comfortable and safe, but not necessarily quiet
Only 1 block from the SEPTA trolley into Center City. it's in the middle of all student housing, so be aware that people party on the weekends and you'll definitely hear it! The building is contemporary and very nice, with a code to enter the building. My studio apartment was nicely decorated and extremely clean. Very comfortable bed with a high quality mattress. I needed a couple things and the client services folks at UrHip were friendly and responsive. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the place is needs an overall spruce up: Stains on the sofa cushions, whole place needs to painted, that sort of thing. Definitely recommend this place though. Thank you!

Pine Suite
The apartment was fine. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a month stay. The location was close to the Perelman Center for my medical treatment. It was easy enough to find on street parking. The building was quiet, none of the neighbors were loud. There was a grocery store and convenience store within walking distance. The washing machine broke while I was there and they responded promptly to repair it. My only knock was that I had to pay for the full day on the day I arrived and a full day on the day i left and I needed to vacate by 12:30 on the last day, despite paying for a full day. I asked for an extension to 2 PM but they said they could not do it.

Clean and comfortable- great location
This apartment is clean and comfortable. Good location for Penn, Drexel, CHOP and the other hospitals in this area. Grocery and restaurants within easy walk.

This is a very nice and clean room. For the price, you really can’t beat what this room has to offer. I would recommend this room to anyone traveling to Philadelphia.
