What guests are saying:
The apartment was fine. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed for a month stay. The location was close to the Perelman Center for my medical treatment. It was easy enough to find on street parking. The building was quiet, none of the neighbors were loud. There was a grocery store and convenience store within walking distance. The washing machine broke while I was there and they responded promptly to repair it. My only knock was that I had to pay for the full day on the day I arrived and a full day on the day i left and I needed to vacate by 12:30 on the last day, despite paying for a full day. I asked for an extension to 2 PM but they said they could not do it.
Clean and comfortable- great location
This apartment is clean and comfortable. Good location for Penn, Drexel, CHOP and the other hospitals in this area. Grocery and restaurants within easy walk.
This is a very nice and clean room. For the price, you really can’t beat what this room has to offer. I would recommend this room to anyone traveling to Philadelphia.
